Rebekah is an experienced lawyer in commercial litigation, primarily working across areas of debt recovery, property, insurance, and insolvency.
Rebekah understands that clients are at the forefront of every matter so approaches her work with drive and empathy to achieve strategic and efficient results. Rebekah acts for a diverse range of clients including directors, small business owners, insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors, having worked on matters in State Courts and Tribunals across Australia and Federal Courts.
Rebekah completed her Masters of Law with a specialisation in corporate, commercial, and taxation law with the University of New South Wales, which has developed a strong foundation and understanding of the legal process, including its complexities and risks. This allows her to work beyond the bounds of stringent litigation to be creative and strategic in her approach and tailoring her recommendations to her client’s specific needs.
Growing up in Sydney, Rebekah dedicates time to community work specifically aimed towards uplifting women and children going through difficult times. She recognises that the legal profession is there to support people and create just results in adverse circumstances, so she actively contributes to ensuring this is available to all.
Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys good food (she is always open to recommendations) and spending time with her Border Collie, Riley.
