With a background that seamlessly combines legal experience and human resources acumen, Geoffrey brings a unique and invaluable people-centric perspective to our firm.

Geoffrey is a member of the Executive team, leading the firm’s people strategy and supporting business objectives as a trusted partner. He does so while championing a commercial and values-led approach.

Prior to SLF Lawyers, Geoffrey worked as a People & Culture Manager at PwC and for many years in the HR Business Partnering team at Arts Centre Melbourne. Before moving to Melbourne, he practiced law in Auckland, New Zealand. Geoffrey has also been admitted to the bar in Victoria.

Outside of work, Geoffrey is passionate about the arts. He is proud and humbled to serve as Deputy Chair on the Board of Polyglot Theatre, a world-renowned theatre company making exceptional arts experiences for children and families.
