Thomas Cunningham
Tom was admitted to practice in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Laws / Arts at Deakin University. Prior to joining the team at SLF in 2023, Tom practised as a solicitor in general commercial law and civil litigation.
Tom has represented companies, individuals and owners corporations in various litigious matters in the areas of insolvency law, corporations law, general commercial matters, building and construction, owners corporations law and property law. He has appeared for his clients in VCAT, the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court Costs Court, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.
Tom enjoys all aspects of commercial law and litigation and strives to achieve efficient and cost effective outcomes for his clients.
Outside of work, Tom loves sport, being active and learning guitar.
