David is an experienced commercial litigator with expertise in intellectual property, including trade marks, copyright and confidential information. He also represents clients in contentious cases involving shareholder disputes, building defects, wills and estates, family trusts, breaches of contract and negligence.

David excels at applying his analytical skills and broad experience to help solve problems and improve outcomes. Understanding clients’ situations is central to his success. Recognising that litigation is often stressful, David emphasises communication and empathy with clients.

He is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing chess.
