Brendan is a highly regarded lawyer with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services, property and construction industries.

Even before a career in law, Brendan had remarkable success, managing all aspects of development from acquisitions, due diligence, feasibility studies, planning, construction management, contract administration, sales and marketing.

His previous roles involved liaising with various property consultants, councils, servicing authorities, clients, investors, banks and purchasers. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, Brendan is well positioned to assist with all property related matters.

In addition to his work on property and construction related matters, Brendan also works on general commercial / transactional matters, including drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of simple to complex contracts and agreements.

Outside of work, Brendan lives on the Mornington Peninsula with his wife and two children.

Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
Bachelor of Nursing from Deakin University
