Angela is a natural leader and experienced lawyer with over 16 years of experience in commercial litigation during which time she has focused predominantly in practice areas of property, strata, debt recovery and insolvency. 

Prior to specialising in commercial litigation, Angela worked in general practice, which has given her the ability to understand clients’ commercial needs outside of litigation and bring a holistic approach to the practice of law.

Angela’s knowledge and experience has given her the ability to provide her clients with a results-driven approach whilst also facing the challenges of litigation head on. She is highly experienced in working through and overseeing not only the litigious matters but the day to day issues that arise for liquidators and trustees, including conveyancing of residential and commercial properties, complex transactional arrangements, issues arising with deceased estates and other matters as they arise throughout various jurisdictions.

Angela has been able to utilise her litigation experience in other areas of commercial litigation, including her expertise in Strata which has seen her excel in matters concerning High Court proceedings for an Owners Corporation on a building defects dispute, acted on behalf of Owners Corporations for termination applications and throughout the termination process after Orders were obtained, acted for Owners Corporations on debt related disputes between lot owners and third parties and providing advice to Owners Corporations on a variety of day to day management matters.

When Angela has time away from her busy practice, she spends time teaching with the Australian National University in their post graduate law courses. Being fluent in Italian has also enabled Angela to assist clients from a non-English speaking background in resolving their legal disputes and navigating their way through the legal system.
