Highlights include acting for a major motor vehicle financier in respect of a bailment agreement dispute and the associated rights over several vehicles in a dealer’s floorplan. This matter went to the High Court, where our lawyers represented the successful motor vehicle financier. The case concerned untested principles about securities, with our case (which was accepted by the High Court) being consistent with the statutory PPS regime that was enacted shortly afterwards.
