Our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice focuses on resolving disputes efficiently and commercially, with minimal disruption to our clients. Wherever possible, we assist clients to avoid the time, cost and uncertainty of litigation through Court proceeding by pursuing early and effective dispute resolution strategies.

Our lawyers are experienced advocates who regularly assist clients to resolve disputes through mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and commercial negotiations across a wide range of matters, including director / partner / shareholder disputes, property, commercial, and contractual disputes. Where resolution through ADR cannot be achieved, we ensure our clients are well positioned to progress confidently to litigation through Court proceedings.
