Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and is a graduate of the College of Law.  Admitted to practice in February 2022, his focused areas of practice are commercial litigation and banking and finance.

With experience in assisting clients navigate commercial and retail leasing disputes, securities enforcement, debt recovery, corporate insolvency, and building and planning disputes in various jurisdictions, Ryan strives to realise the best possible results for his clients. Skilled in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements from sale of business, shareholder agreements, unitholder agreements, franchise agreements, licence agreements and leases to facility agreements for acquisition, project, and asset finance he aims to assist clients realise commercial outcomes efficiently and provide guidance through difficult and complex transactions.

Outside of work Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors and playing sports on the weekends in keeping an active lifestyle.
