Amy works within our Insolvency and Commercial Litigation team and is known for her expertise in a wide range of litigious and non-litigious insolvency and general commercial matters, having worked on a number of complex commercial litigation matter in State Courts throughout Australia and Federal Courts.

Amy prides herself on her strong communication skills and client focus, with a pragmatic commercial approach to legal problems. With an emphasis on the resolution of clients’ issues, Amy ensures that her approach to files is tailored to meet their specific needs of clients.

Amy acts for a wide range of clients including insolvency practitioners, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, debtors and directors.

Within the team at SLF, Amy is supported by junior lawyers and enjoys mentoring those around her, helping them build their skills and capacities within the insolvency and commercial litigation space.
