Stephen is a highly experienced Chief Operating and Financial Officer, with a proven record of accomplishment in successfully developing law firms.

Having most recently spent 12 years at a commercial law firm in Brisbane in the role of Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of development and delivery of firm strategy; ensuring firm wide operational efficiencies are achieved; driving the delivery of excellence across all business functions together with the responsibility of the financial oversight of the firm.

Stephen has a successful track record in operational improvement, corporate finance and reporting, human resource policy and management, IT design and implementation, corporate strategy, as well as business development and marketing and communications.

Stephen is an experienced chartered accountant, and is also a fellow of CPA Australia Australia and New Zealand. In addition, Stephen is also the current National President of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA), where he has been a board member for over nine years.
