Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of development and delivery of firm strategy; ensuring firm wide operational efficiencies are achieved; driving the delivery of excellence across all business functions together with a deep understanding of the financial drivers of professional service firms.

Stephen has a successful track record in operational improvement, corporate finance and reporting, human resource policy and management, IT design and implementation, corporate strategy, as well as business development and marketing and communications.

Stephen is an experienced chartered accountant, and is also a fellow of CPA Australia and New Zealand. In addition, Stephen is also the current National President of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA),where he has been a board member for over ten years.
