She is an accomplished and respected commercial, corporate & personal insolvency lawyer possessing over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Rebecca also has extensive estate planning, family law and banking & finance knowledge.

Rebecca has built a reputation in the industry stemming from her passionate commitment to achieving client results. Her ability to settle matters, commercially, sees Rebecca in high demand and she is best known for her negotiating skills and zealous advocacy.

A strong supporter of access to justice, Rebecca works with a number of clients on a pro bono basis and supports law reform projects aimed at protecting vulnerable individuals and business owners.

Rebecca’s approach to her practice is one of efficiency and practicality. She ensures that realistic outcomes are achieved and client expectations are managed and whilst a large part of her practice involves litigation, she assists her clients to avoid this where possible to ensure the most commercial results are achieved in the circumstances.
