Philip Drew is a passionate and experienced senior wills and estates lawyer who joined our team in 2025. Philip focusses on helping individuals and families plan and navigate the legal complexities of will and estate matters whether that be in the preparation of standard Wills, Testamentary Trust Wills and/or Powers of Attorney.  Philip prides himself on having a practical approach to estate planning, with the goal to create a tailored estate plan for each client, which reflects their goals, while also being manageable and cost effective for their estate.

Philip was admitted to practice in 2017 and since admission, has focused exclusively on wills, estates, and estate litigation. Earlier in his career Philip also practiced in Commercial and Property law and his experience in other departments flows through to his Wills & Estates practice in helping clients identify potential issues with their assets in the estate plan.

What sets Philip apart is his commitment to making legal processes accessible and understandable. He takes the time to explain each step and ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and fully informed.

When not in the office, Philip enjoys playing cricket, golf and chess.
