She typically acts for senior executives, SMEs and large enterprises. Keeley is frequently retained to act in employment disputes with the sole purpose of negotiating a favourable settlement outcome.
Keeley advises on matters involving:
- Unfair dismissals, general protections claims and claims for contraventions of the Fair Work Act 2009;
- employee contractual entitlements and common law claims;
- restraint of trade and confidential information matters;
- professional misconduct matters;
- discrimination; and

Keeley holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
