Kate is a Senior Paralegal based in our Sydney office and has been with the firm since 2014.

Kate specialises in debt recovery proceedings, primarily acting on behalf of lenders for claims relating to unpaid loans, and insurers for claims relating to motor vehicle damages.

In addition to litigation, she also assists lenders with drafting loan documentation and facilitates the registration and securitisation of security interests, such as mortgages and caveats, across various Australian jurisdictions.

Outside the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her two dogs and playing sport.
