Jane is a senior lawyer practising in commercial property, business and hospitality law. She has extensive experience in the national commercial, industrial and retail lease market, and her practice includes commercial property sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, franchising, owners corporation and strata law, property due diligence, and the property-related components of corporate transactions, property financing and insolvency.

Jane also has extensive experience in hospitality law and liquor licensing, acting on sales and acquisitions of hotels, liquor stores, nightclubs and restaurants and on sales and acquisitions of gaming machine entitlements.

Jane’s background includes working in private practice at well-respected national and international law firms and as in-house counsel at a retail/franchising chain.
