Emily is a confident and enthusiastic lawyer, who specialises in Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation. Emily is most passionate about alternative dispute resolution and resolving matters before reaching the courts.

Additionally, Emily enjoys building relationships with her clients to provide a tailored and customised service that suits that person best. Emily is dedicated to ensuring that her clients fully understand their obligations and duties under the Corporations Act to prevent the occurrence of insolvency or personal bankruptcy, risk management and acting pre-emptively in all aspects of advice for corporations.

Emily spends time away from work at home in the Yarra Valley with her Red-Heeler puppy and partner. Additionally, she is passionate about disability and mental health reform, and teaches piano to children with special needs.
