Belinda has spent the last 7 years practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery. She has a strong interest in these areas of law and they have remained her main focus.

Belinda has acted for both individuals and companies in a number of cases where she has recovered large debts. More recently she represented liquidators of a construction company regarding a claim in excess of $1,000,000.00 against the company director, and successfully obtained judgment.

Belinda enjoys working closely with clients to achieve favourable outcomes and providing them with commercially pragmatic advice. She finds it very rewarding to help make a difference to someone’s life at an otherwise difficult time.

Outside of work, Belinda enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, going for walks, attending live theatre, travelling and baking.
