Alicia is a Partner and heads up the family law practice in the Sydney Office. With the experience of building and running her own successful legal practice and also developing family law practices within various leading firms in Sydney, Alicia brings a unique skill set to her role. Her keen eye for detail and no-nonsense approach makes her a sought-out family law practitioner.

Alicia provides meaningful advice and guidance to those facing challenging legal issues in all aspects of family law practice. She is experienced in all aspects of family law, from complex high net worth financial matters involving trusts and corporate structures to complex parenting, relocation and high-risk children’s cases. She displays an understanding of the complex psycho-social-legal pressures her client’s face during separation and divorce and prides herself in finding a collaborative and peaceful solution with the client’s safety as priority.

In circumstances where collaboration is not possible, Alicia balances the need for sensitivity whilst maintaining a tough and robust approach in the litigious family law space as a Solicitor Advocate.

Alicia is regularly approached by Lawyers Weekly to provide comment and insight on current family law issues. She has also appeared on the Lawyers Weekly Podcast, with the episode being ranked the 9th most listened to episode of the Lawyers Weekly Boutique Lawyer Show in the first half of 2022.
