Paul is an experienced litigator with over 25 years experience across all Australian jurisdictions, including extensive experience in Sydney before moving to Melbourne in 2006.

Paul now practices primarily in insurance litigation and has acted for several of Australia’s largest insurers, also working with brokers and underwriting agencies in litigated disputes. A particular focus is in general insurance and motor vehicle disputes involving liability and credit rental claims, one of the largest growing areas of concern for the insurance industry Australia wide.

He also has experience in insolvency, being the lead Solicitor in a decision in the Supreme Court of Victoria that changed the law in respect of unfair preferences and notice of insolvency.

Paul takes pride in his professionalism and ability to quickly grasp complex issues involved in any litigated dispute, expertly navigating a path to a favourable outcome either by way of a negotiated settlement or Court outcome.

In his spare time Paul also appears on a sports-based community radio show, and was formerly a Board Member and Judiciary Chairman of Rugby League Victoria.
