Holly began her career in the legal industry as SLF Lawyers’ receptionist in 2019. Her dedication and drive saw her quickly progress to Legal Assistant in the Property division, and later to Executive Assistant to our Senior Partner and Director, Mark Smith. After several years working closely with Mark and gaining deep insight into the business, Holly was promoted to Client Revenue & Operations Manager.

A results-driven professional, Holly is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and unwavering focus on client success and operational excellence. She works closely with teams across the firm to streamline processes, optimise revenue outcomes, and ensure seamless client experiences.

Outside of work, Holly is passionate about animal welfare, especially rescue greyhounds and farm animals. Her current animal count is seven and growing!
