Ahmed completed a Bachelor of Laws at Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) at the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice in June 2025 after completing his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The College of Law.

Ahmed is a junior lawyer in our Property and Commercial Law teams, working across a diverse range of matters including residential and commercial property transactions, leasing and general commercial agreements. Since joining the firm, Ahmed has gained experience assisting clients through all stages of a transaction — from initial negotiations and contract preparation, through to settlement and post-completion matters.

In the property space, Ahmed works with individuals, developers and businesses on matters involving sales, purchases, and commercial and retail leasing. On the commercial side, he assists with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, supply and service agreements and advising on business structures and governance matters.

Clients appreciate Ahmed’s approachable manner, attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills. While technically precise, he also focuses on providing advice that is clear and tailored to the client’s specific objectives.
